Did a diagnosis the other day on a returning customers vehicle, found the rack and pinion bellow had been torn up. Got it replaced and came back this weekend to give them a tune up with new plugs and a full oil change! As always business is very much appreciated!!

NEW SERVICE OFFERS:

We are now accepting emergency call outs and roadside assistance as needed. We can accept calls for situations where a vehicle won’t start and other automotive emergencies, such as flat/damaged tires.

Fees include:

Emergency call outs at times between 7AM & 5PM will cost $50.00.
Emergency call outs at times between 6PM & 6AM will cost $60.00.
Depending on what services are needed at time of arrival. And how long the job takes, will be determined by: Parts and tools purchased needed to complete job, and regularly hourly rate.

OIL CHANGE SPECIAL:

I will be running a special this week for oil and filter changes including other fluids.

If customer purchases oil and filter of their choice I will do the service for $35.00.

If I purchase oil and filter needed for the service I will charge for parts purchased plus oil change.
(Oil change will still be $35.00)

UPDATED COSTS AND FEES:

Diagnostic fee: $45.00
(If problem CANNOT be found upon diagnosis then there is NO CHARGE.)

Hourly Labor Rate: $30.00

(Fees for parts purchased and other things needed to do a certain job will be totaled UPON JOB COMPLETION.)

We are flexible and negotiable with our fees. If payment CANNOT be fully completed by end of job we CAN implement a payment plan. (IF PAYMENT PLAN IS ABANDONED THERE WILL BE A LIEN PUT IN PLACE FOR SERVICES GIVEN AND EQUIPMENT THAT HAS BEEN WORKED ON.)

I gained a new customer today and I’m thankful for it! He came to me with the concern that his transmission might have been going out. After diagnosing the issue I found it was just the shifter linkage for the transmission. A hour of my time and a small part got him back on the road for much cheaper than the cost of a transmission!
