Nationals 2026 done and dusted!

Was a great weekend with all the weather seasons pretty much in a mix. Sun,rain,wind and the temps were perfect for the cars but not exactly the people.

We had the crew out in all the sessions exc drifting. The skid pan was pumping,the hitch hikers we took were awesome and even a hairy roll race for one of our guys, that almost everyone at the place had their heart stop for a second. Everyone and cars are fine and thats the best outcome.

We loved having an event back at hampton, loved seeing everyone and the vibes! Cant wait for Clubfest!

And of course thank you to the members who came along,entered,supported and the biggest thanks to 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 4 & Rotary Promotions and all the crew.

On Saturday night we attended the Club Gala proudly representing Auckland Evolution in our Mitsubishi colours, and were honoured to receive a 9+ Years Service Award.

This award means a lot, but it doesn't belong to one person. It represents everyone who has volunteered their time, supported the club, attended events, and helped build the amazing community we have today. Auckland Evolution has always been a team effort.

A special mention has to go to Warren Currie. From a time when the club had almost disappeared and he was attending events on his own, he helped revive Auckland Evolution into what it is today and we will continue it strong. Now we have members proudly representing the club at events all over the North Island, and that's something everyone involved should be proud of.

A huge thank you to Downtime Entertainment, Pare and Alan Togia for hosting another fantastic event and everything you do for the car community and clubs through your events, we support you 100% as you do us.

Congratulations to all our fellow clubs who got awards, be proud! We all are the scene and we need to continue to support it and keep these events going.
Support the younger generation and showing them the way, maybe yeah alot of us come from the streets but its different now.

Here's to the people, the friendships, the memories we've created over the past nine + years, and to many more years of Auckland Evolution.

Mitsubishi Owners Day 2026 – what a day!

At the start, when the venue change was announced, there was definitely some hesitation from many people. Change isn't always easy, especially for an event that so many of us look forward to each year. But once everyone understood the reasons behind the move, the community got behind it and made the most of the day.

It was awesome to reconnect with old friends, meet new faces, and spend the day surrounded by so many incredible Mitsubishis. Some of our cars got out on the drag strip to stretch their legs, while others were proudly hard parked and on display for everyone to enjoy.

One of the highlights for us was being given the honour of leading the parade, and to top it all off, we took home Top Club! And Warren taking out a Stand out for the Paj,Tommi display.

A huge thank you to all of our members who came along and represented the club so well. Your effort never goes unnoticed. There is no I in team.

Most importantly, thank you to Pare, Alan and the Downtime Crew for all the hard work that goes into making an event like this happen. We appreciate everything you do for the Mitsubishi community and all the events you host in general

Already looking forward to next year!
