Finally got a little time on the Shovelhead project. Narrowed up an old wide glide front hub to work with a 90s narrow glide front end. I dig the angled flanges on these hubs, especially when they are nice and tight together! Removed about 20mm from@the sides and another 30mm from the center. Very chopular.

Making a new piece of the new frame jig. A bit slower than the old Bridgeport. Sold both the jig and the mill to to when I left Missoula😢
If the jig ain’t perfect, the frame won’t be either. Gotta set yourself up for success! From the start

One year ago today, we beat both the FIM world record and the AMA national record in the 250cc special construction, non-streamliner, open fuel class. It was a good day. Weird not being at bonneville this year for the first time in years. Good luck to all the salt fam there chasing records right now! See you next year 🤞

Wrapping up my first full build since 2021, and the first one in over a decade just for fun. Fun restomod of the Guzzi V35 seat now off for upholstery and Speedo on the way. I made the tins, exhaust and a ton of small parts here in the garage. Full engine rebuild, full new wiring/electronics upgrade. Should be a fun, cheeky ride for around town!
