2016 Audi SQ5 3.0 BiTDI Tuning

Another diesel that punches well above its weight.

This 2016 Audi SQ5 3.0 BiTDI left the factory with 322 hp and 650 Nm. After a full recalibration of the OEM torque model, it now produces 377 hp and 745 Nm while retaining smooth, factory-like drivability.

Key calibration changes:
• Power: 322 → 377 hp
• Torque: 650 → 745 Nm
• Turbo pressure increased by 6%
• Torque model and limiters recalibrated (up to ~800 Nm)
• Smoke limitation strategy re-engineered
• Injection quantity increased by 5%
• Factory speed limiters removed

The result is a much stronger mid-range, effortless overtaking and seamless power delivery that feels exactly as though it left the factory that way.

Mercedes-Benz GLE63 S AMG (W166) Stage 2 Tuning.

Back in the workshop with this monster.

This Stage 2 calibrated GLE63 S AMG is now producing 700 horsepower and 950 Nm of torque on 98 RON fuel.

Unlike the last GLE63S we featured, this one also received a transmission calibration to allow the increased engine output, improving torque capacity, shift strategy and overall drivability.

The result speaks for itself. Brutal acceleration with OEM-style calibration philosophy and factory safety strategies retained.

Mercedes-Benz GLE63S AMG Tuning

Mercedes left a fair bit on the table.

• 585 hp → 685 hp (+100 hp)
• 760 Nm → 900 Nm (+140 Nm)

Calibration includes:

• Boost pressure optimised
• Full load fuelling and component protection recalibrated

2016 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Tuning
The Pajero Sport Finally Found the Sport.
Factory: 181 hp | 430 Nm Tuned: 221 hp | 495 Nm
For this 2016 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport equipped with the 4N15 2.4L turbo diesel, we developed a calibration focused on improving drivability, mid-range performance and overall refinement without compromising OEM reliability.
• +40 horsepower • +65 Nm of torque • Up to 32% higher torque request through the mid-range • Revised torque limiter coordination • Removed emissions-related torque troughs for smoother power delivery • Optimised boost pressure and fuelling by approximately 6% • Stronger towing, overtaking and everyday drivability • Factory diagnostics, thermal protection and safety strategies retained • Calibrated within Mitsubishi's OEM control strategy • A little more German intent.
Peak numbers are easy. Making it drive like it should have from the factory is the hard part.

Mercedes E-Class Tuning at Its Finest
Over-Engineered, Then Re-Engineered.

Becomes • 412 hp & 580 Nm
This W212 Mercedes-Benz E500 retains everything that makes it such a composed, refined grand tourer while delivering substantially stronger performance.
Calibration work included: • OEM torque model re-engineered • Driver demand recalibrated • Engine load requests optimised • Variable valve timing adjusted • 11 ignition and related calibration maps fully recalibrated

The objective was not simply to add power. It was to improve engine response, torque delivery and outright performance without compromising the refinement expected from an E-Class.
382 horsepower was good. 412 horsepower is better.

🇩🇪 2019 Volkswagen Amarok V6 Tuning
Volkswagen calibrated this Amarok for every possible operating condition.
We calibrated it for the one where Klaus is late for work.
255 hp / 580 Nm ➜ 305 hp / 670 Nm
Calibration changes: • Torque model recalibrated • High-rpm torque derating removed • Boost pressure targets increased by 8-15% • Fuel delivery increased by up to 10% • Vehicle speed and gear-based torque restrictions revised • ZF8HP transmission recalibrated for smoother, faster shifts
The result is stronger acceleration, smoother gear changes, and clean torque delivery without the pitching and bobbing often seen under heavy load.

🇩🇪 BMW M6 Performance Calibration

BMW gave the M6 560 horsepower and 680 Nm.

We had a look through the calibration and discovered the engineers in Munich may have been distracted by strict workplace torque rationing.

Now:
• 630 hp
• 830 Nm

Calibration changes included:
• Torque model recalibration
• Torque limiters extended to 860 Nm
• Engine load ceiling increased to 250%
• Wastegate control strategy refined
• Boost control stabilised for consistent delivery
• EGT modelling and protection systems retained
• Conservative ignition and lambda strategy maintained

The result is a very fast, very repeatable grand tourer that now accelerates with the sort of urgency normally associated with hearing “last call for currywurst” over the factory PA system.

There were another 150 Nm hiding in there.
