Next big project under way, we are re-powering HELLM3 with an s65 6 speed.

Today we made a start by mocking up the motor in a donor car, fitment is looking really good. Small clash with headers and having the sump pan at the rear is a big advantage to work around (main issue we faced with the S62) Wiring will be another challenge but we're looking forward to getting stuck into it.

In car noise+acceleration of rear mount turbo.

Rear mount turbo has been tuned by Glen @ GDS Automotive, had issues with boost control but got through it and came out with a result of seeing 15psi @ 4000rpm this would vary slightly depending on how hot the exhaust temps got. The figures are 240kw at the wheels and 408lbft at the motor. The motor is only revving to 6500 so plenty of room for improvement in a few aspects, go's really well and I'm pleased with the result. In car noise+acceleration video will be posted aswell.
