Land Rover Defender Urban 90 — Paint Correction & Protection

The virtually brand new with 10,000 miles Land Rover Defender Urban 90 received a comprehensive three-stage paint correction, followed by a 12-month Fusso coating, as well as a full interior valet and shampoo.

🧽 Stage 1 — Menzerna Heavy Cut 1000

A heavy-cut polishing compound designed to tackle more severe paint defects such as deep swirl marks, heavier scratches, oxidation and significant paint imperfections.

This stage removes the more noticeable defects and restores clarity to the paintwork, providing a strong foundation for the following polishing stages.

✨ Stage 2 — Menzerna Medium Cut 2500

A medium-cut polish used to refine the finish left by the heavy-cut stage.

It removes lighter defects, sanding marks and the haze or micro-marring that can sometimes remain after heavier correction. This stage begins to significantly improve the gloss, clarity and smoothness of the paintwork.

💎 Stage 3 — Menzerna Micro Cut 3800

A fine finishing polish designed to produce the maximum possible gloss and clarity.

It removes very fine polishing marks and light imperfections while refining the paint to a deep, glossy finish ready for protection.

🛡️ 12-Month Fusso Coating

Once the paint correction was completed, the vehicle was protected with a Fusso coating.

Fusso provides a durable protective layer designed to give the paint excellent water repellency, hydrophobic behaviour and resistance to everyday environmental contamination. It also helps make the vehicle easier to maintain by reducing the amount of dirt and grime that bonds to the paint.

The interior received a full valet and shampoo using Autoglym products, including thorough cleaning of the interior surfaces, carpets and upholstery.

Customer with a t5 transporter, had the t5.1 conversion previous owner had hard wired the head lamps to work rather buying adatpers,

Customer had bought a pre painted t6 sport line front end to upgrade from the t5.1.

Customer new he had to de pin sort the wires to fit adapter to get the Transporter HQ VW T6 LED DRL V3 Headlights Sequential Indicator – LIMITED EDITION All black.

Customer thought it was coding that needed changing like you would from T5.1 to T6.
To alter the day running light option for the head lamps to make the head lamps work.
On the T5 PFL modles only adatpers are needed.

We noticed there was a autolights module fitted ( cheap Chinese) we took the light switch out and put a orginal one back in and the v3 head lamps worked perfectly as they should. We noticed the highbeam with sticking on and the left stark was tempmental so customer needs a new left stalk and every thing should work as it should!

Ready to enjoy and take away.

This beautiful 1977 Suzuki GS750, now 49 years old, came in for a full detailing treatment to bring back its original character, shine and protection.

With a motorcycle of this age, the goal isn’t simply to make it look clean — it’s about carefully enhancing the existing finish while preserving the character that makes a classic motorcycle special.

✨ Paintwork — Autoglym Super Resin Polish
The paintwork was carefully polished using Autoglym Super Resin Polish. This product helps remove light oxidation, fine imperfections and dullness while enhancing the gloss and colour of the paint. It also leaves behind a layer of protection, giving the paint a much deeper and cleaner finish.

🔩 Chrome — Autosol Metal Polish
The chrome components were treated with Autosol, a specialist metal polish designed to clean, polish and restore shine to metal and chrome surfaces. It helps remove tarnishing, oxidation and surface contamination, leaving the chrome bright and reflective while helping to protect it from further deterioration.

🛡️ 12-Month Fusso Coat Protection
Once the paintwork was fully prepared, a 12-month Fusso Coat was applied. Fusso Coat provides a durable protective barrier designed to help shield the paint from water, dirt, contamination and environmental elements. It also gives the finish excellent water repellency and a slick, glossy appearance, helping to keep the motorcycle looking its best for longer.

The result is a deep, glossy finish with beautifully revived chrome and long-term protection — a fitting finish for a motorcycle that has been on the road for nearly five decades.
