Back in from induction hardening! For those who don't know, holding tight tolerances on hardened materials is quite tricky! But the spline has a tight slip fit, therefore, almost zero backlash, which improves longevity and reduces noise from the driveline...

More to come soon... It may involve a custom output shaft/gear! Also, transfer cases are on order from our aerospace partners! (We are working on doing all manufacturing in house, although 5 axis is a bit further down the road)

Also, please note updates are pretty slow due to us only announcing updates when they are locked in and tangible.

Also, our motorsport slip ring PCB's prototypes, are in ready for longevity testing. How are we performing this test? Streaming 4k footage for weeks through 2 USB data channels, way beyond an advised used case, just to prove signal integrity. Test jig images to follow shortly.

Yes, that booklet is just our error-catching section for the DCT Master firmware, a whole lot of hours work, and this is still deemed beta, it's not even 75% done yet!
All to save your driveline and engine (possibly you as well), because if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right 👌

The whole wheel controller thing has gotten out of hand, totally bespoke motorsport slip ring, all because a battery would taunt my chi with the wheel controller design and signal decoding latency.

Totally universal 70mm pcd fitment, even without my wheel controller = no more phone cords to wheel buttons.

Sealed to IP66.

7x 2A conductors.

Ball tipped contacts vs standard brush type = 25,000km of travel
life and there's three per channel!

Fischer connectors.

Sealed major brand bearings throughout.

Only 23mm thick.

Yes, we did consider Bluetooth and wifi communication, but you can't beat the speed of direct interrupts, for them sweet sub 10ms gear changes!

Also note the hollow part toward the front will be potted

First part of the beta flywheel made in-house, ready to be induction hardened ! Designed to take a shockload of 1,300+ Nm, our adaptations won't be the weakest link !
