2018 Vauxhall Grandland X fitted with Tow-Trust Towbars Ltd fixed Swan Neck towbar & single 7pin vehicle specific electrics.

Before we started fitting the new towbar we had to deal with the old towbar & dreadful bumper cut.
Our customer had recently bought the vehicle unaware that an old detachable towbar was already fitted.
We removed the old towbar & previously fitted vehicle specific electrics, we made good the old bumper cut which had also damaged the hands free tailgate foot sensor.

We also removed the T-tap connectors that had been used previously for connecting a bypass relay, making the wiring kit we fitted the 3rd that has been fitted to the vehicle & is also now the correct vehicle specific kit for vehicles with trailer prep.

Honda CR-V in with a broken 13pin socket our customer had a bit of a mishap with his caravan which had lead to damage to the socket plate & socket.

This was a dealer fitted towbar & the socket had an additional micro switch to deactivate the the rear fog light.
Luckily we stock a variety of 13pin sockets with various micro switch options.

✅Socket plate straightened out & new 13pin socket fitted, all functions tested, happy customer 😁

Out with the old & in with the new for this 2009 Land Rover Freelander 2.

Our customer had recently bought the vehicle but was concerned with the condition of the towbar, we agreed the bar had seen better days & there was also some play in the detachable neck.
Our customer prefers a fixed towbar so we replaced the old Witter detachable towbar & replaced with Tow-Trust Towbars Ltd fixed fl**ge towbar & checked 7pin electrics
