As stated above we will be open from Monday 1 June, as per the Government legislation.
However, we are going to operate a REDUCED HOURS POLICY, in order to minimise any potential risks. We are aiming to do an 'APPOINTMENT ONLY' scheme whereby we can regulate the amount of potential visitors, carry out stringent hygiene/social distancing procedures and be able to give our customers complete peace of mind. The car of interest can therefore be freshly sanitised before each viewing/demonstration. I'm sure that you can appreciate that this process takes a little time, hence the necessity for an appointment basis, whilst keeping showroom traffic to a minimum.
IN THIS WAY, CAN YOU PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CALL AHEAD OF VISITING US, IN ORDER THAT WE CAN ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT AT A MUTUALLY CONVENIENT TIME.
For a remote test drive/delivery, our representative would use a protective mask that is P3 classification, latex rubber gloves, 'Dettol' type wipes and an alcohol based hand gel. Although our vehicles have a comprehensive full valet prior to sale, we are also taking extra measures on sanitising all interior surfaces.
When we arrange to visit your home, we will ask you detailed questions to establish if there is any risk to you or to us. We will not take any risks that affect the health of our clients or our staff. WE CAN ALSO OFFER UNACCOMPANIED TEST DRIVES, (SUBJECT TO YOU PRODUCING YOUR DRIVING LICENCE) AND MAKE THE PURCHASE 'CONTACT-FREE!'. We are also happy to take reservation deposits on vehicles, subject to test-drive.
