for a new customer in . The required a new tyre fitting at the customers home after the tyre had been driven on flat. We attended in 90 mins to fit a new budget tyre as requested in a 225/45R17 94Y XL. The wheel rim was corroded due to the age of the car and when the tyre was fitted a few months prior by a well known tyre garage, they advised the customer that the tyre was leaking round the rim but did not sort the issue! We took the time to clean back the wheel and apply bead seal before refitting the new tyre ensuring the job was completed properly! We also provided the customer with details for a wheel refurber in case they wished to have the wheels refurbed in future!
