This customer contacted their well known breakdown service after they clipped a kerb causing a flat tyre on their in . After advising the breakdown service of the reason for the damaged tyre, they were charged £160 to be recovered to a garage and would then also have had to buy a tyre if the garage even had the tyre in stock! The customer waited for the breakdown company to arrive which they never did and the customer urgently needed their vehicle back on the road for Monday morning for a hospital appointment in Norwich. Remembering that they had another well known breakdown companies cover through their bank, they then contacted them as well. Eventually a patrol arrived at the customers home. The patrol proceeded to call one mobile tyre fitting company who did not have the tyre in stock and then left the customer to sort the issue themselves, and worry as to whether they would make their appointment. We were called by the customer after they found us online and we booked them in for the on Sunday morning. The customer had their vehicle back on the road in plenty of time for their hospital visit. Tyre size fitted 205/55R19 97V XL.
