Another Camper in today fitted with a set of Solowsuspension NSL coilovers 👌

A perfect match with the Navis Wheels GP7 wheels we have previously fitted running some 265/40/20 tyres.

The customer had some lowering springs before which gave a nice look but didn't offer anything in regards of handling and the poor road conditions we have in the UK.

Now this camper corners and drives like a car with no crashy bumps and wallowy back end, we set the arch height to 71cm with a dash of forward rake as per customers request.

The result is a low stance but practical for campsites and rough roads.

This combined with a brand new set of meyle top mounts and drop links the ride is a full transformation👍

This week we bagged this sick looking blue T5 on a set of Solowsuspension bags paired with the new Air Lift Performance ALP4 P system. Very nice👌

Running a set of twin XL compressors, 3 gallon tank, notches at the rear and bump stops trimmed, all zink primed and under sealed and the front liners cut.

Sitting pretty on a set of Navis Wheels Ludis wheels finished in black. Strong look!💪💪💪

This amazing camper left us yesterday having had a full conversion by us, she is a beauty👌

We don't know where to start there is so much spec on this build.

We started out with installing a rear window and dummy window to add to the existing kombi glass, a Storm poptop was installed with scenic canvas and bi fold bed.
For the camper furniture the customer chose a lovely combination of matte cashmere cupboards with bamboo tops, a single sink with chopping board and fridge with pull out drawer unit.

The electrics comprises of a CBE management system, renogy 200w panel with B2B, dual 100ah lithium battery and a 3k inverter for a counter top induction hob.

A RIB sliding bed finished in brown nappa leather and bronze stitch with pull out drawers and a full set of vanshades blinds completes the look.

In the cab area the front seats have also been covered in nappa leather with sports bolsters added, a single swivel and cab carpeting too.

We also retrimmed the whole cab in grey suede liner and re coloured all the plastics.
Extra sound deading was added to the cab area and doors prior to installation.

We upgraded the sound system too with an Alpine halo 9 head unit with full integration, reverse camera installation, Alpine front door components and a pair of Alpine rear 6.5" speakers in pods at the rear.

We installed an Autoterm 2kw diesel heater for the colder months away.

Finally we added a vamoose rail with Fiamma F43 wind out awning.

ThIs is one hell of a camper spec and the finish is spot on, ready for some adventures away now.

This customer wanted a balance of looks, practically but with uprated handling and ride quality especially being a dayvan/camper with lots of weight.

It sits pretty with a set of black Navis Wheels extenta wheels

Following on from some online content lately regarding the quality of some air installs and the fact that customers don't really know what it is like under their van out of sight, I thought we would show you one of our installs from over 12 months ago just so you can see how we install air kits and what measures we take to give you a safe a reliable system.

All of our installs are fitted by fully qualified vehicle technicians who have experience with passenger and commercial air suspension systems.

We always include a 3 month or 200mile check up on all our systems, all the cuts are zinc primed, seam sealed and under sealed to prevent corrosion, stainless hardware is always used and all lines and cables are sleeved.

Another full camper conversion from a few weeks ago.

This lovely black swb t6.1 was sold by us and had a full camper conversion package.

What does that include?
When you bring your van or select one of ours in stock we transform a panel or kombi van by adding a Storm poptop with bed kit, windows with opener, cabinets finished in a choice of colours, vanshades blinds all round, RIB bed kit, 12v and 240v power management system with hob/sink all with M1 certification and habitation check complete.

This build had additional extras like a 2kw diesel heater and a reclining double seat hinge and lowered seat base.

On the exterior we added a set of Mac-At bronze wheels and arch trims too.

This vehicle was sold with a full service and a fresh mot as do all our vans.

Something a bit different for us today. This customer has been struggling with the ground clearance of the rear of their VW motorhome especially the rear overhang.

We installed a set of T32 Solowsuspension LFT coilovers with added spring spacers on the rear to raise and level the van. We added 50mm height to the front and rear but most importantly the ride quality is now greatly improved over the stock shocks.

The customers travelled down from Leicester to have us fit their suspension system. They leave with the peace of mind of an extra years warranty and no more clearance issues👍.
