Weise Vanguard Summer Shirt
Available from Roadrunner Motorcycles
Built to lead from the front, the Vanguard armoured shirt is engineered for riders and adrenaline seekers who demand uncompromising protection with maximum freedom of movement. Designed for use across multiple motorcycle disciplines, leisure riding, and high-intensity action sports, Vanguard delivers a versatile, performance-driven foundation layer that adapts to whatever the day throws at you.
Certified to EN17092-3:2020 AA, Vanguard comes fully equipped with the latest generation slim, flexible CE-approved armour Level 2 protection at the shoulders, elbows and back. The close-fitting design is purpose-built to hold the armour securely and comfortably against the body, ensuring it stays exactly where it needs to be for optimal impact protection, even during aggressive riding or dynamic movement.
The outer shell is constructed from 600D heavy-duty polyester mesh, with reinforced panelling at the shoulders, elbows, and forearms for added durability in high-impact zones. Fine 600D mesh panels to the torso sides and inner arms maximise airflow and flexibility, keeping the rider cool and unrestricted when the pace increases.
Comfort and usability are carefully considered, with a trimmed adjustable collar reducing irritation during extended wear, elasticated cuffs with thumb loops helping keep sleeves perfectly positioned, and trouser connection belt loops and zipper allowing secure integration with riding jeans or trousers. Subtle reflective detailing enhances visibility in low-light conditions without compromising the clean, technical look of the shirt.
Practicality is completed with a lockable zipped utility chest pocket for small essentials, high-quality YKK zippers throughout, and a reflective Weise™ logo for a refined finish.
Whether worn as a standalone protective layer in warmer conditions or as an armoured base beneath outer gear, Vanguard is precision-built to stay in place, stay comfortable, and stay protective - so you can focus fully on performance, control, and the thrill of the ride.
