A45 AMG rebuild 🤯WELDED BIG ENDS

31/05/2026

Just had om 651 block line bored at Wd drakes Bradford, spun n4. Put crankshaft in and it's solid unable to turn, checked crankshaft with indicator for runout I'm getting 5 microns 0.005mm bang on. Some intellectual in drakes have shaved crank cradle on first main in 0.1proximity for no reason as he should just need to center first and fifth bore and run the line through those. Well took it back measure all in front of director and they suggested to take more of cradle off so told them those run on gears and all those get tide if you do so , after he scratch his head for a minute he said we will look after you in future, I had one more block there and took it with me out of there 😆
