T.S.B 1.5 tsi tiguan came in with the eml on, fault code for map sensor, loss of coolant, no evidence of a leak externally, on further investigation removed the map sensor and put the endoscope in, and discovered that the charge cooler is leaking, yet again this one is under vw extended warranty, referred to the dealer. Job done happy customer

T.S.B hyundai i20 1.2vvti suffering with a loss of power and eml flashing. We've recently replaced the chain kit and vvt pulleys and the problem was still present. Component tested the solenoids, everything fine power and ground to both inlet and exhaust. Pull the camshafts to make sure there wasn't a blockage. Moral of the story, dont use charp Chinese vvti pulleys as they don't work.car now fixed and running at 100%

T.S.B vw tiguan 1.5 tsi, and any other V.A.G group vehicle with these engines, sporadic loss of boost after start up, these are common for the pcv valve splitting causing boost pressure to leak into the top of the rocker cover.....this one was referred to vw assistance as it has an extended warranty. New pcv fitted codes cleares. Another job sorted.

T.S.B new customer brought his Mini Cooper in for a knocking, its been to another garage who had replaced the lower wishbone, bottom ball joint and wishbone ball joints. Both ball joints where loose causing the car to wander. No new parts needed, tightened, road tested and returned to the customer. Job done ✔️ and happy customer

T.S.B Nissan juke 1.5dci loss of power, Boost leak no match for the smoke tester.....this actually had 2 leaks, first one was the boost pipe, the second was the dpf pressure sensor pipe
Repaired the boost pipe , and replacement dpf pressure pipe job sorted.

T.S.B Skoda octavia vrs 2.0tdi cr. In for turbo replacement, logging intermittent fault p0299, boost pressure control. dpf sent for cleaning while its been removed, also found the egr cooler has been leaking, egr cooler on order from t.p.s, turbo rebuild by G.P Developments at skelmersdale, inspection based service with genuine parts, and oil.
