Insight into what we do at Heath’s Motorhome Hire
Most companies like to show the good parts of the job, but not always the reality behind the scenes. At Heath’s Motorhome Hire, we believe in being honest, transparent, and truthful. It’s something we take great pride in, because not many hire companies openly share what really goes on to make sure every holiday runs smoothly.
When one of our vehicles returns from hire, it doesn’t just get cleaned and sent straight back out. Every van goes through a full set of checks, from the engine and tyres to the onboard systems and everything in between. We do this because your safety, your holiday, and your experience matter to us.
Recently, one of our vans came back from an NC500 trip. The customer had thoroughly enjoyed their holiday and returned the van clean, tidy, and with no reported issues. Naturally, we thought everything was fine. But as part of our usual pre-hire checks, we plugged the van in to make sure there were no hidden faults or warning signs to keep an eye on. That’s when we discovered a faulty alternator.
This is exactly why we do what we do.
