⚠️ Important Notice to Our Customers

We want to make our customers aware that Quattro-Tech St Ives and Quattro-Tech Cars are currently being targeted by an individual who is attempting to extort money from our business.

This individual has sent us messages threatening to post multiple negative Google reviews unless we pay them money. As the attached screenshots demonstrate, they openly state their intention to leave damaging reviews and then offer to remove or offset them in exchange for payment.

As a result, five fake 4-star reviews have now been posted across our QT St Ives Google Business Profile. These reviews do not reflect genuine customer experiences and have been left purely to damage our reputation.

We have not paid this individual, nor engaged in any communication.

In addition to posting fake reviews, this individual is also contacting some of our customers directly via social media and messaging platforms, sending false and misleading comments about our businesses in an attempt to damage our reputation further.

If you receive any unsolicited messages of this nature, please do not engage or respond. These messages are not from genuine customers and do not reflect the experiences of people who have used our services. If you are ever unsure about anything you have seen or received, we encourage you to contact us directly - we are always happy to help.

The matter has been reported to both Google and Meta, and we are working with them to have the fraudulent reviews removed and the individual prevented from targeting our businesses and customers further.

For over the years, we've built our reputation through honest workmanship, transparent pricing, and genuine customer service. We would ask our customers to look at the overwhelming number of genuine reviews we've received over the years rather than these malicious fake reviews.
