£1500 🤯....is the price this poor customer paid for new rear shock absorbers, anti roll bar links and various other rear suspension components to fix a creaking noise on a 2015 Ford Mondeo at another garage 🤦‍♂️. Literally had the parts cannon fired at it rather than correct diagnosis, as you can see we soon found the culprit with this suspension support arm and its failed bush, all replaced with a genuine Ford part and no more creaking at a cost not even a quarter at what they've previously paid out.
