The engine never fully reaches operating temperature, which means moisture and fuel residue build up in the oil faster than on longer runs.

Wet leaves can be surprisingly slippery, especially after a bit of rain. 🍂

As we get further into autumn, it’s worth taking a little extra care on the roads. Slow things down, leave a bit more room between you and the car in front, and try to avoid sudden braking or sharp steering where possible.

It’s a simple one, but it can make a real difference when the roads are wet and covered in leaves.
