📣 This weekend we'll be at Cancer Research UK Race for Life 🏃

Here's why...
On 14th June 2023, MOT Expert's CEO, Ross was diagnosed with Colorectal Cancer, also known as Colon or Bowel Cancer.
Since then, Ross and the MOT Expert & MOT Compliance Group team have taken on various challenges, so far raising over £13,000 for Cancer Research UK which affects 1 in every 1.6 people - more than the national campaign's average statistic of '1 in 2'.
In 2023 MOT Expert's Director, Kyle took on 3 half marathons in 3 days, Ross completed Race for Life 2024 in under 26 minutes and MOT Expert's COO, Haider took on a Ultra White Collar Boxing match, winning by stoppage in the second round. In 2025 a number of the team and their families took part in Race for Life Northampton taking our fundraising over our £10k target whilst celebrating 10 years in business.

🎉 One Year of Rhi! 🎉

This month marks one whole year since Rhi joined the MOT Expert team and most importantly, brought the average age of the team down by at least a few decades! 😆

As the only member of the team still proudly flying the flag for her 20s, Rhi arrived with energy, enthusiasm and elite coffee making skills ☕ 👌

Over the last 12 months, she has absolutely mastered her role, with support from the wider MOT training and compliance team. But as they say, the student eventually surpasses the master... and one year on, Rhi's knowledge of our training, processes and customer journey is second to none! 👏

🚘 MOT security card switch off
🚘 3.5 to 4.25 tonne Zero emissions goods moving to the class 7 MOT scheme
🚘 improvements to the way you make changes to your MOT business
🚘 changes to fast-track disciplinaries
🚘 improvements to brake test screens
🚘 an update on ‘photos at test’
