“Being over 50 I've unfortunately had to have repairs to my car's many times!.
And in general it's never been a pleasant experience, either the staff are rude and don't understand that you expect it to look perfect or the repair is substandard.
From the first phone call from Rebecca to book my car in, to dropping my accident damaged pride and joy off for repair I was certain my car was in safe hands. D Walton kept me up to date throughout the repair process giving constant updates on the progress.
During the time my car was in for repair I did have the odd worry the metallic paint might not be a perfect match etc as this has been the case from vehicles I've had repaired in the past from other maybe not so professional outfits.
When my collection day came, Rob the body shop manager came out to talk me through what they had done. I couldn't believe my eyes. Perfection! My car actually looked better than new!
Hopefully I never need to use this firm again but if I did, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
