This 1996 Peugeot Boxer coachbuilt camper has been with its owner from brand new – and over the years, he’s spent countless hours painting, patching and welding the old exhaust back together to keep it on the road. 👨‍🏭🚐

But all good things come to an end… and it was finally time for an upgrade! 😎

Not every day you see a 33½-year-old VW T4 roll into the workshop, especially one with the legendary 2.5-litre 5-cylinder petrol engine, left-hand drive, and an automatic gearbox! 👌

This classic bus is in with us for a full custom stainless steel exhaust system to replace its tired original setup.

To keep things running as Volkswagen intended, we’ve fitted:

🔧 BMW 420i M Sport – Quad Exhaust Conversion Complete! 🔧

This BMW 420i M Sport came in for some rear silencer modifications after the owner fitted an M-style rear diffuser and wanted the exhaust to match with a set of quad round tailpipes. 😎

Sounds straightforward, right? Well… not quite.

On these models, the battery lives in the boot, which unfortunately blocks part of the space needed for the offside tailpipes. That means a standard setup simply won’t fit correctly.

No problem for the fabrication team. 💪

A bit of custom fabrication, some careful planning, and a touch of workshop magic later, we’ve created a quad-exit system that sits perfectly within the diffuser and looks exactly as BMW should have built it from the factory.

This customer came to us this morning for a custom stainless steel exhaust and wanted to see what his van was actually producing after a remap carried out by another tuning company in West Yorkshire.

This 2019 VW Crafter made the trip over from Barnsley for a Pendle Performance remap on our MAHA rolling road.

The customer told us it had previously been mapped elsewhere, but it never quite felt right. 🤔

From the factory, this Crafter is the 140bhp model, but when it arrived it was producing:

Rather than guessing what had been done before, we returned the vehicle back to stock and built the calibration properly from the ground up. 👨‍💻

A returning customer back with us, this time bringing in his VW Caddy 1.6 TDI 102bhp for a Pendle Performance remap. 👌

Before coming to us, the van had been fitted with a tuning box, which unfortunately didn’t end well… ❌ It quickly led to a blocked DPF and the usual headaches that come with it.

This time, it’s been done properly. ✅

📈 Power: 102bhp ➡️ 156bhp
📈 Torque: 250Nm ➡️ 314Nm

The difference on the road is night and day, with much stronger pulling power and a far smoother drive throughout the rev range. 🚀

And it’s not just the performance that’s been upgraded… 😍

This Caddy is finished off with our R32-style bumper and exhaust conversion, giving it the looks and soundtrack to match its newfound performance. Safe to say, it looks and sounds the part! 🔥

This has got to be one of the cleanest, tidiest Evo 5s we’ve seen in years 👌
Clearly a very well looked after example — spotless underneath and just as clean up top too. Proper credit to the owner! 😎

Now fitted with a full 3-inch stainless exhaust system, while still retaining the original catalytic converter for that perfect balance of performance and practicality 🔥
