It’s amazing how much difference such a small detail can make. 👌🏼

The OEM plate holders on this Mercedes-Benz were bulky, untidy and did absolutely nothing for the rear of the car, so out they came. 👋🏼

Of all the cars on display yesterday, this was the one that stopped me in my tracks. 🤯

I’ve never seen a Singer 911 in the flesh before, and what an absolutely incredible piece of machinery it is.

My only question… WHY wasn’t this on a spinning pedestal in the centre of the show?! 😂

We love a Golf R as much as the next person, but watching people walk straight past a Singer 911 to go and look at another row of VWs felt borderline criminal. 😭

The craftsmanship. The details. The proportions. The presence.

Applying the ceramic coating is only 25% of the job… 👀

The other 75% is spent removing, levelling and inspecting it.

In this video, you’ll see the coating applied to the boot lid and rear bumper relatively quickly. What follows is a careful, multi-stage removal process to make sure every last trace of excess coating is properly levelled.

And that’s exactly why our lighting rig matters so much. 💡

A missed high spot might not look like much initially, but once the coating cures, it can mean machine polishing, or in extreme cases even sanding, to put right.
