Toyota Aygo 2006 – Remote Key Repair & Spare Key 🔑

This 2006 Toyota Aygo came to us with just one remote key, which hadn’t been working properly. The owner hadn’t received a second key when they purchased the car and, because they were having to use the key manually, the door lock barrel was also starting to show signs of wear.

Bentley Continental GT Remote Key Repair 🔑

This Bentley Continental GT owner travelled from Doncaster after reading our customer reviews and trusting us with the repair of their remote key.

Before visiting us, they had taken their spare key to a local high street locksmith. Unfortunately, during an attempted repair the transponder (data chip) was damaged. They were then told the key had “lost its coding” – but after inspecting it, we found the issue wasn’t coding at all. The transponder chip itself had been physically damaged.

The customer asked us to restore their main remote key instead.

Vauxhall Corsa Remote Key Repair – Built to Last 🔑

A customer recently sent us their Vauxhall Corsa remote key after the metal key blade had broken away from the case.

On inspection, we found the key had previously been repaired using a replacement case, but the original worn key blade had simply been transferred into the new shell.

Although this may seem like a cheaper repair, we’ve found that slight manufacturing tolerances between different key cases can place additional stress on the hinge (knuckle). Over time, this often causes the blade to break away again.

Rather than reusing the worn blade, we cut and fitted a brand-new key blade, providing a much stronger and longer-lasting repair.

We also found the buttons were sitting proud and bowing into the case. While the original microswitches were still operating, years of use had caused wear. Fitting a new case over worn switches often results in excessive button travel and a poor-quality feel.

To ensure this repair lasts, we:
