Ally back with lift rear mounted built and started to test.
First impressions of the new lift and ally back are spot on. The bags are individually lashed on using the centre tie down points and bags are really solid in transit. 6 of our 85x85x100cm bulk bags fit lovely, safely and give maximum delivery capacity.
Additional lights, graphics etc still to finish on the truck and a couple of cad changes on the van arm and then we are ready to get a few units made.

There are a few small modifications on the hoist itself and the hook needs full CAD work. It’s strong, lightweight, easy to move & quick. Really pleased.

Photos of the VanArm are coming soon, parts for the first unit are being zinc coated at the moment. I’ll update once it’s all built. Will be trialling it on our old truck while we get our other truck properly coach built with the VanArm on the rear.

Part way through the first test build. Pivots still to fit and a few minor changes to make to the cad design but I’m really pleased with the outcome.
