This Audi TT MK3 recently arrived at the Ricci Concept workshop presenting with an active engine management light and a significant loss of power.

Utilising ODIS, our dealer-level factory diagnostic software, our technicians performed a comprehensive system scan and data-log. The evaluation pinpointed a precise failure within the turbocharger assembly, which was preventing the engine from building proper boost pressure.

To ensure a factory-standard repair and long-term reliability, our team carried out a complete replacement procedure:
▪️ Removal and replacement of the failed turbocharger unit.
▪️ Installation of new oil and coolant feed lines to guarantee clean fluid delivery.
▪️ Thorough engine flush followed by premium-grade oil and filter replacement.
▪️ Final system adaptation and component calibration using ODIS, followed by extensive road testing.

The vehicle has now been returned to the client, delivering optimum power output with a completely clear dashboard.
