Our aim is to provide a service to our customers that is perhaps more informative than you would get elsewhere. We promise not to undertake works that are not required and keep you in the loop at each critical stage. We will advise you on the overall condition of your vehicle and carry out works appropriate to age, usage and budget. Vehicles have become ever so more complex over the years and the equipment required by Independent garages is exhaustive. We also work within a network of other independent service providers to share best modern practices and resources to make sure your vehicle gets the right level of care. We find that in our industry there are some service providers who do not maintain the highest levels of respect with their customers and fail to meet expected standards on certain occasions. We promise that the work we undertake on your pride and joy is fit for purpose, safe and meets the technical specification as laid out by the manufacturer. If you want parts supplied by the manufacturer dealer, we can oblige. Just be aware that in this case the cost may be higher. We stay away from cheaper alternatives as our experience tells us that they are just not up to the job. So, to summarise you can go to a garage and get your cheap front brakes changed for say 80% of the overall cost against using Premium parts, but the operational life of the product is likely to be far less. This scenario is true for all aspects of repairs. We don't recommend it. Another thing worth mentioning is that if you want your vehicle engine remapping so that is makes "popping and banging noises" or you want it "slamming into the deck" with a rude boy lowering kit, then please take it somewhere else. We are not interested in performance modifications that may take your vehicle outside of its designed envelope limits of safety and operation. Not that we do not condone people enhancing their cars or bikes but this is purely a business decision.
