For sale.
I have built up a 1600cc universal case type 1 engine.
Will fit Beetle, Camper or type 3.
Vapour blasted case, heads & pistons.
Honed bores, new cam & followers, all new bearings & reground crank.
I don't need this now, so up for sale.
Not run since full rebuild.

Cool little Beetle in this week at Aircooled Technic. A small engine fire caused by incorrect carburettor jetting now sorted & all cleaned & good to go.
A road test revealed a poor front shock absorber choice giving an "interesting" ride. Another pair of shocks has transformed this car.

Not what you want to find while chasing an ignition fault.

A customer had "a mate" help him out & actually making things worse.
Fuel pumps come in 2 types. One uses a longer push rod the other doesn't.
You can guess what's happened here...
