The Corrosion fairies have attacked this Peugeot during the wet weather!

🔧The fault was traced to corrosion on the pins to the (Antilock Braking System) ABS pump hence reading a faulty wheel speed signal from one of the wheels. 🔧

This in turn was subsequently illuminating the ABS fault lamp and causing the vehicle to fail it's MOT test.

After all - non functioning ABS is not really what you want at sub 0°C during the winter!

A new ABS module was fitted, along with the plug for the wiring loom with the pins, the module was programmed and coded using our Peugeot Diagbox Main Dealer Diagnostic tool. 💻

This is a very common issue we are seeing currently - and easy for you to avoid at home and save some money!

Make sure to keep your rain channels / scuttle area at the bottom of the windscreen clear this winter! When blocked, this can cause water to flow inside the vehicle, causing unnecessary expense! 🍂🍁💨
