🚗 Skoda Scala 1.0 TSI 2025 – coding after an accident? No challenge for us!

A car with only 1400 miles on the clock came to us after serious front-end damage. The client replaced the bumper, lights, and radiator themselves, but without the proper coding and calibration, the car wouldn't return to full functionality.

🔧 What did we do?
✅ Unlocking the power steering after the post-accident safety systems were triggered
✅ Attempting to reprogram the radar – unfortunately, the first unit turned out to be incompatible
✅ Installation and calibration of the new, correct radar – now working flawlessly
✅ Electronic grille shutter – in this model (with the latest Delphi security), it had to be replaced with an original part from the dealership. BUT beware! In BOSCH-type ECUs, we are able to unlock and program the electronic grille shutter without needing to replace it! 💪

The result? The car is error-free and ready to hit the road! 🏁

Another Ford Transit Tipper 2.0 EcoBlue (80k miles) came to us with quite a story to tell… 🚐💨

It arrived on a tow truck – warning lights on, limp mode active, and zero power. A quick diagnosis? The engine sound gave it away immediately. As soon as we popped the hood, it was obvious: the manifold gasket was shot. But that was just the tip of the iceberg...

Further tests revealed:
❌ A faulty AdBlue system
❌ A clogged DPF
❌ A turbo that needed replacing

This is the result of driving with unresolved issues – one failure snowballs into the next, and then the next… ⛓️

And it doesn't end there! During the exhaust manifold removal, ALL the mounting bolts snapped. We had to extract every single one – some we managed to unscrew, others had to be drilled out, and a few required completely re-threading from scratch. 😅 It was supposed to be a smooth job, but it turned out... much more expensive and time-consuming. But we got it done.

✅ All parts fitted are genuine Ford: turbo, gaskets, studs, and washers.
✅ The van is back with the customer, fully operational and ready for work.

🚨 ATTENTION FORD CONNECT 1.5 TDCI (2018+) OWNERS! 🚨

Is your mileage creeping up to the 40–70k mile mark, and is your DPF starting to play up? Unfortunately, it's not bad luck or your driving style – this is a known factory defect, and Ford refuses to own up to it.

🔴 The turbocharger (especially the Honeywell units, less often the Garrett ones) starts passing oil.

Another case that proves diagnostics is NOT just reading fault codes! 💪

A Ford Transit Custom 2.2 TDCI came to us with recurring intake system issues. The customer had already been to another workshop – they'd replaced the boost pressure sensor and the MAF sensor, but the van still had fault codes and was down on power.

📌 What we did:

· Put the van on the dyno and ran full data logs under load
· Updated the software – turns out the map had already been tampered with by someone else
· Replaced the MAF with a high-quality, genuine-grade unit (we know from experience that cheap pattern parts just don't work properly on Fords)

Result? ✅ The van is back to factory power, no warning lights, and the dyno confirmed everything is spot on.

🚀 Audi A5 3.0TDI 💥

From 214 to 293 HP – and that wasn't even the most important change! 😱

This time, a beautiful Audi A5 3.0 TDI landed on our dyno. Factory rated at 214 HP. Our initial baseline runs? A pleasant surprise – it put down 232 HP and 415 Nm straight out of the box.

But the real magic happened in our workshop! ✨

What did we do?
✅ ECU Stage 1+ Tuning – precise calibration tailored to this specific car.
✅ Gearbox (TCU) Tuning – increased line pressure, lightning-fast shift response, and optimized shift points.
✅ Oil Pressure Correction – we raised the oil pressure throughout the entire rev range.

The final result? 💪

⚠️ Why is oil pressure correction absolutely critical?
This is a plague in modern engines! Manufacturers deliberately lower oil pressure to meet strict emission standards. Unfortunately, this leads to rapid engine degradation and, at relatively low mileages, to engine seizure. This problem isn't exclusive to the 3.0 TDI – it affects 2.0 TDI, 2.0 TFSI, Peugeot Boxer 2.0/2.2, and many, many other models equipped with electronic oil pressure regulators.
