🔥Mercedes S350d W222 – The Story of a Certain "Fix" 🔧🚗

Another long story from the workshop that perfectly shows why it's worth doing things right the first time.

This time we had a Mercedes S350d (W222) come in. The car arrived from another workshop so we could help them get it back on its feet. The customer had taken it to a mobile tuner three months earlier...

The results? The car wasn't driving the way it should, and on top of that, a whole bunch of errors appeared. Someone had tried to "do" the AdBlue, DPF, and EGR, but did it wrong. This generated a cascade of problems: loss of power, smoking, and much more.

What did we do?
✅ We updated the software back to original.
✅ We correctly fixed the AdBlue, DPF, and EGR.
✅ We dealt with the exhaust flap problem.

The exhaust flap had simply corroded and fallen off. The cost of a new exhaust section is around £1000. For us, however, that's not a problem – we're able to program it out.

But that's not all. Besides the engine control unit, it also had to be programmed out in the CPC_NG Continental (Powertrain) module. This is a newer version of the module that currently "can't be read." We have a solution for that! We're able to "grow" various things, just like removing the Torque Limiter 😉

Advice for the future?
If you're looking for professional tuning, go to a good place the first time and don't get it redone. Every fix costs double the price plus the costs you've already incurred.

Go to professionals. Don't try to save money. Pay a little more, but once and properly.

🔥 Another successful project completed! Audi A4 2.0 TDI ( End 2021) locked ECU 🔒 🔥

This time we had a beautiful Audi A4 2.0 TDI with the 30 TDI badge from 2021 at our workshop. 🚗💨

The car came to us from another workshop with serious issues:
❌ Locked ECU 🔓
We unlock 🚨 🚨
❌ AdBlue system problems
❌ Start blocked by the countdown limit

For us, that's no problem! 💪
✅ We unlocked the ECU
✅ Performed resets and repaired the AdBlue system
✅ Removed the start block limit
✅ Applied our custom DynoRemap Stage1

The result?
The car regained full functionality, and thanks to our tuning it gained better performance, smoother operation and potentially lower fuel consumption.
