We’ve had an interesting day at the British motor show and the car club hub is far more interesting than the new car part! Here’s a selection of cars on display. Not quite the motor shows of the NEC or Earls Court era.

Big news from the National motor museum: they are leaving Beaulieu when their 60 year lease runs out. Wonder how two years of discussions have led to this. Not to mention the £600k refurb only a few months ago. What a glorious summer’s day we had for today’s Isle of Wight auto fest organised by Jaguar Enthusiasts Club - Isle Of Wight and rising money for Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance. Managed to get a few minutes to see a small selection of the great cars on display. Thank you to everyone who came by the Flaneur pop up too!

We are nearly ready for visitors at the Isle of Wight Auto Fest opposite the Havenstreet steam railway. Lots of activities as well as cars for a great family day out. And of course the Flaneur pop-up. Do come and support the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club - Isle Of Wight’s major fundraiser of the year for Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance. Entrance is opposite the steam railway with lots of car parking. Here’s a few of the early arrival cars!
