That's a Wrap | 🚛 📸✨

In case you missed it, here's a better look at what we had on display at this year's Road Transport Expo.

With a selection from our Trailer Range, including our all-new halfpipe-design Bulk Tipper, our tough & tidy Grab Bucket, and the Colson mascot Volvo NH12 Bullnose, it was a fantastic few days showcasing what Colson Trailers has to offer for a wide range of haulage applications.

Day 1 Highlights 🚛📸

What a fantastic first day at Road Transport Expo, 2026!

It was great to welcome so many visitors to our stand, showcasing a selection from our Tipper Trailer range, Loaders & Buckets. We spent Day 1 catching up with existing customers, meeting plenty of new faces from across the industry & having a blast doing it all!

Painting A Brand New Trailer | Part 2 🚛💨

Watch the 2nd part of the series, as our spray technician Lewis (Onemancommercialpainting) picks up from the last video, taking this 35yd³ 'Heavy Duty' tipper to the next stage with its all new paint job.

All the prep work completed, the focus in this episode shifts to the finish. The body is carefully cleaned down, primed & then fully coated in Post Office Red, building up a deep, consistent finish across the entire trailer.

This is where it really starts to come together, from stripped back & prepped to a bold, clean result ready for work.

All done... what a finish on this one! 👀 🚛🔥

MONE Brothers’ New Heavy Duty! 🚛💨🔥

This morning, welcomed the team from MONE Brothers LTD to collect their new 35yd³ ‘Heavy Duty’ halfpipe tipper trailer on hire.

Built for strength and durability, this robust unit comes ready to roll with a 450 Hardox body, Edbro lift ram, Jost landing legs, VWS WiFi weighing system, x3 SAF axles and a front-to-back flip sheeting system. Designed to handle demanding work, it is ideally suited for hauling hardcore, aggregate, muck and stone.

Now heading up to its new home in Leeds, this trailer is ready to get straight to work.
