In October, Helen and I were proud to hear, (and completely taken aback) that The Lookout was named ‘regional winner‘ for the SW building awards, in the category ’Best Small New Housing Development’….

Every Regional Winner, for each of the categories, was invited to the Grand Finale in London, where the winner was announced for each category….

It’s not quite sunk in yet, but we are thrilled to say WE WON!

We’re over-the-moon to say that The Lookout has been recognised for its outstanding architectural attention to detail, panoramic views, and environmentally conscious design in which the project was designed and delivered….

We are proud to have had the opportunity to work with Claydon Builders LTD, whose expertise and management of the project meant we kept to a strict deadline, and finished with a product which was of the highest quality….

The Bazeley Partnership whose efforts went a huge distance in helping our dream come true….

Rachel & Andrew from Porch Interiors for finishing our Interior decor off to the highest off standards…
