A massive thank you to Ferguson Motorsport for a great weekend at Brands and making me part of the pit crew, unfortunately despite everyone's best efforts the car didn't quite make the full 8.5 hours, after a puncture shortly followed by an alternator failure we kept going, even a roll over didn't stop the little KA, unfortunately we was let down by a driveshaft 30 minutes from the finish, probably going to need a new car for next year though this one's a little tired now.

This one is almost ready to hand back to the customer to continue enjoying, all exposed metalwork on the underside has been epoxy primed, stonechipped and all cavities have been waxoyl'ed along with the rest of the underbody, it's hard to see that we was ever in here, just the way it should be.

This van is recieving a laser 4 wheel alignment after having various suspension components replaced, Caster, Camber and Toe all set to factory specification meaning this van now drives like the day it left the factory.

After fitting a set of Mansi Speed injectors and carrying out a full check of the injection system it's time to crack out the toys, this wideband AFR setup gives us the ability to see what the air fuel ratio is at any given time whilst driving the vehicle in real world conditions allowing us to carry out adjustments to ensure the engine is running as efficiently as possible, with a few tweaks this van is now running at an AFR of 14.6:1 at light throttle cruise dropping to 12.8:1 at WOT
