I was out on a run today as part of my training for the Great North Run in September.

I’m challenging myself to run this as it’s been 9 years since I last ran a half marathon distance and to help keep myself from wavering I’m doing it in aid of CHAS.

CHAS is a wonderful organisation that helps children with life limiting illnesses so if you could spare a bit of money to help CHAS then I’d be very grateful.
