This lovely L322 4.4 Tdv8 has recently left after getting a full respray and wheels refurbished.

Vehicle was in fairly good condition for age, but had a few age related marks and stone chips just due to wear and tear of daily use.

But after the work carried out this L322 looks amazing once again.

Jaguar F Pace, Discs and Pads all round with a passenger front wheel bearing.

Previously was in a few weeks ago for some running issues and a couple of sensor problems like any typical JLR vehicle. This was when we discoverd it would be needing brakes in the near future and it was booked in for the work to be carried out.

2014 Discovery 4, Just had a replacement engine else where and left there with multiple issues.

- Restricted Performance
- Various Lights on the dash
- Various Components not working correctly
- Steering Issues

Customer brought it from there directly to us, body lifted to find various things damaged along the way

- Ecu plug and wiring Damaged
- Damaged Maf
- EGR Pipe torn
- Crossover pipe with broken bolts and broken flexi and no mounting bracket
- Steering Knuckle Stuck (Common Issue)
- Various components loose

And a list of other items not checked or repaired while the engine was fitted and body in the air.

A day later after we started, all items fixed with body back on and first start up with no lights on the dash and first drive with no issues.

Denzil Paving & Civils called late last night to say that a wheel bearing had went on this works van, Was dropped in this morning for a quick wheel bearing replacement and a general check over revealed this transit needs discs and pads.

Repairs done and back on the road before 10:30am

L322 Range Rover 4.2 V8 Supercharged came in as a non runner,

This vehicle has various issues unfortunately that we uncovered along this journey. Due to our dealer level Land Rover diagnostic and programing software we had been able to get the vehicle to start and move but at this point was when we discoverd the multiple electrical issues it is having with communication between each module that controls the vehicles gearbox and engine.

After fixing some earth and various wiring we managed to get the car to recognise its own ECM but due to a high-speed canbus issue there is still no communication with the vehicles gearbox control module (Tcm) and due to the age of the vehicle we need to consider weather this is an economical fix for the customer and may come back to this is the customer decides the would like to keep the vehicle.

A quick front bumper respray the other day for a customer that was bought to replace a damaged item,

L322 Range Rover in for complete front end respray and a bit of bonnet damage. This vehicles had some bad luck in recent months as its had both sides painted by us previously do some scratching.

But with a fresh front end this should look great and back to its formar glory when put back together

Mazda B2500 in recently for a top end rebuild due to having over heated, Someone had previously had a go at doing the work and got the timing marks confused and damaged valves and rocker unfortunately. So the head was striped and replacement valves and rockers fitted before refitting with new gasket set and bolts.

The pick up also had no front cross member or inner or outer sills aswell as chassis leg damage on the passenger side front, this was also repaired for the customer so he can get back using the vehicle for the purpose it wad intended for when purchased.

Another vehicle that was destined for the car park in the sky revived for another few years.

Non start issue, No communication with vehicles Ecu and a dead fuel pump

After some trouble shooting we managed to narrow it down to a wiring issue and replaced the fuel pump to get this lovely Range Rover back on the road.

Its been a busy month again, first month of the year and we are absolutely run off our feet in both the workshop and the bodyshop.
