We’re looking for a Senior Vehicle Technician to join the team at Aldershot MOT Centre.

We’re a growing independent garage with a clean, modern workshop, varied work across all makes and models, Class 4 & 7 MOT, EV/Hybrid capability and continued investment in equipment and training.

What we offer:

We’re looking for someone with at least 7 years in the trade, Level 3 or equivalent, strong mechanical/diagnostic experience and an MOT Tester qualification.

Just a quick reminder that Aldershot MOT Centre will be closed on Monday 31st August for the Bank Holiday.

We'll be back open as normal from Tuesday 1st September. 🔧🚗

It could be your wheel alignment.

Four-wheel alignment checks the position and angles of all four wheels against the manufacturer's specifications.

Poor alignment can cause:

🛞 Uneven or premature tyre wear
↔️ Vehicle pulling to one side
📐 An off-centre steering wheel
🚗 Poor handling or stability

Using our four-wheel alignment equipment, we can accurately measure the vehicle's geometry and make adjustments where required.

If you've hit a pothole, noticed unusual tyre wear or your car just doesn't feel quite right, it's worth getting the alignment checked.

🚗 Investing in Our Team 💙

Last Friday, we closed our doors for the day to invest in the people who make Aldershot MOT Centre what it is.

The day was packed with technical training, customer service workshops, wellbeing sessions, team building and a BBQ lunch with some fantastic steaks! 🥩🍔

It gave us the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day running of the garage, learn together, share ideas and continue improving the service we provide to every customer who trusts us with their vehicle.

A huge thank you to Sarah from BEN – The Automotive Charity for delivering such an engaging session on wellbeing and mental health. It was a fantastic reminder of the importance of supporting one another and creating a positive workplace.

Thank you also to Simon from Pagid for delivering an excellent technical training session, helping our technicians continue to develop their knowledge and stay up to date with the latest braking technology.

Most importantly, thank you to our incredible team. Your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, teamwork and positivity made the day a huge success. We couldn't be prouder of the culture we're building together.

We believe that investing in our people is one of the best investments we can make, because when our team grows, our service to our customers grows with it.

📢 Please note that Aldershot MOT Centre will be closed on Friday 17th July for our team training and development day.

We're investing time in training, skills and teamwork to help us continue providing the highest level of service to our customers.

We'll reopen as normal on Monday 20th July.
