Well this is quite impressive , 2019 transit custom in today for its first wetbelt change , 159k! This van must have had oil changes more often than it being filled with diesel ! 😁

Yet another ford transit custom 2.0 ecoblue in today for intermittent difficult starting issues 2018 on 80k miles , we conducted a cylinder leak down test , all cylinders failed! Here are our findings to show how bad these valve seats burn out ! This one was also showing signs of imminent head gasket failure starting to blow between 2 of the cylinders !

Today we had this msrt custom in for difficult starting and low on compression , heres what we found .. this custom has only covered 50k miles !!

• Fully rebuilt cylinder head
• pressure tested
• new valve stem seals
• skimmed
• Head gasket
• Head bolts
• Glow plugs
• Injector seals
• Full wetbelt package
All genuine ford parts used !
