Are you ready for Part 2? This part is about work on clutch, flywheel & diff. These jobs included following parts such as:
- Slave cylinder
- PLCD sensor
- SMG upper seal kit
- SMG pump electric motor
- Propshaft doughnut
- Centre bearing & rear cv
- Diff input shaft seal
- All fresh oils
- Exhaust gaskets,nuts and bolts.
All parts we used for these jobs were new genuine BMW. Except injectors, which were from Bosch while it was available at the time.

We had a great opportunity last week to fly out to Qatar, Doha to complete major project on E60 M5. It was massive preventative maintenance you have ever seen.
The list of completed jobs in very short period time was crazy. 🤯
Are you ready? Well the list is big, but here are the main jobs we did: the notorious rod bearings, vanos lines, vanos solenoids, vanos pump, all three oil pumps, oil pump chain, sprocket and guides. That’s not all, here is more:
Water pump, coolant radiator, thermostat, A/C condenser,A/C pump, power steering radiator, PCV valves and pipes. Here is more:
Everything in the engines V: throttle actuators, idle control valves, starter motor, injectors, intake plenum boots, engine wiring loom, fuel breather valves, 4x O2 sensors, SAP valves.

Silver grey M6 coupe in for rod bearing job and this was on time as bearings at 6x k miles looked quite bad.

This BMW Individual Ruby Black e60 M5 had some nice mods and some repairs.
Eisenmann Race exhaust with legendary oval tips
Bimecc wheel spacers
Rebuilt prop shaft with new centre bearing and rear cv joint
Oil pump and oil level sensor gaskets
Exhaust gaskets and nuts/bolts
Fresh Motul 10w60 with genuine oil filter
All oily parts cleaned.

Now this super rare individual M5 not just have amazing looks but also you can hear it coming,thanks to _elliotbarnes for bringing to us.

We are very glad Douglas Davies is taking a very good care on this car as we sold it to him earlier this year as a project and he really done huge amount of work himself before it came to us for last few bits.
