The role:
• Lead day-to-day workshop operations
• Carry out mechanical repairs, servicing and advanced diagnostics
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance standards are met
• Communicate clearly with customers and staff
About you:
• Trade-qualified Automotive Mechanic (Cert III or higher – recognised in NSW)
• 5+ years post-trade experience
• Confident diagnostician with leadership capability
• Pride in workmanship and customer service
• Ready to take ownership of a workshop and team
