About the Role
As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional paint finishes and ensuring all vehicles meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle preparation, sanding, and masking
Colour matching and paint mixing
Paint application using modern spray-painting techniques
Buffing, polishing, and final finishing
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Working collaboratively with panel beaters and management to ensure efficient workflow
What We're Looking For
Trade qualification as an Automotive Spray Painter
Proven experience in automotive refinishing and colour matching
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current driver's license preferred
