TME10S new setup headed to ERS to compete, new manifold design added to the product list. Turbosmart 7685 in oem location/config. Large aftermarket radiator too, accommodates 3.5" dump with 2" plumb back, aes valve tucked under sump, larger 100mm intercooler. Should see over 1000hp + while maintaining AC/PS etc..

Dennis's billet 2J VL came to us a couple of years ago when still in primer, we fabbed up a custom turbo setup including - big pipe 2J turbo manifold, 5" Ti dump pipe, ti charge pipe, dbw adapter for the nitrous burst panel, mounted the coils on billet valve cover etc. As car was being pieced together slowly and as usual the goal posts moved and decided to switch to a bigger 110 promod, so we modified the manifold and pipe work to suit. Now that the setup is complete we are happy to share some photos. This powerplant/setup should comfortably see this car in the 6s

Direct bolt-in replacement for the OEM thermostat housing, designed for a cleaner bay, better reliability, and easier plumbing. Features an extra bleed point + billet 3-port NPT plate for simple sensor/ECU integration, while still supporting OEM sensors.
Going electric water pump? Add AN-fittings + our CNC block-off plate for seamless routing. This setup removes the OEM hard line under the turbo manifold and lets you run coolant lines away from turbine heat for better efficiency and longevity.
Running the OEM pump? Works perfectly with an inline thermostat for stable cold-start temps.

No need to drop your subframe just to get your turbo gear on/off or just to get to an oil/water line. Everything is easily accessible and will accommodate large frame turbos..

Some more detailed pics of Yasin's EVO-X of . The setup utilises one of our off the shelf 347 SS hypex sidewinder manifolds to suit the larger frame 40/45 frame turbos in both garrett and precision. Accessibility is much easier with this setup, with everything being able to be installed/removed without the need to drop the subframe. 3.5" dump and 50mm plumb back with plenty of room to spare. All custom piping/exhaust work.

Prototype EVO 7-9 fuel cell stitched up ready for install and testing. Started off with a 3d scan, CAD drawn, laser cut and folded then welded together in - house. These will be available in the coming month once tested and out through paces.
