🚙 We're Hiring – Store Manager

Are you an experienced automotive professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for 4WDs?

ARB Penrith is looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead our busy retail showroom and workshop. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's most recognised 4WD accessory brands and play a key role in driving the success of our family-owned business.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of both our retail and workshop teams, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, and continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support our sales and workshop teams.
• Manage the daily operations of the store and workshop.
• Drive sales performance and achieve profitability targets.
• Identify upselling opportunities and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee stock control, purchasing, inventory accuracy, and merchandising.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, trade clients, dealerships, and panel shops.
• Ensure the workshop and showroom operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

About You

We're looking for someone who can inspire a team, deliver results, and is passionate about the automotive industry.

You'll ideally have:
• Previous experience in an automotive leadership role such as Service Manager, Workshop Controller, Parts Manager, Store Manager, or similar.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience managing sales, inventory, and business performance.
• A genuine interest in 4WDs and aftermarket vehicle accessories.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A current Australian Driver's Licence.
