🚨 REWARD OFFERED – Help Us Find This Driver 🚨
On Sunday 6th July at approximately 6:43pm, a white Ford deliberately did a burnout/hoon driving on Frewin Avenue, Woodberry, and collided with our SS Holden Ute, causing serious damage. Our insurance company has now confirmed the car is being written off as a result.
The driver fled the scene but left behind:
A broken tail light and lens cover
The "F" letter from the badge/logo
A red P-plate
The Ford itself should have a dent in the right-hand rear panel and boot from the collision.
We have CCTV footage showing the white Ford involved (photos attached).
We've also had reports that this car has been seen regularly in the area, so someone out there likely knows exactly who it belongs to.
This ute was our pride and joy — a genuine dream car we'd worked hard for. On top of losing the car, my husband works as a support worker and relies on it for his job, so this has also cost him his ability to work. Because the driver hasn't been identified, our insurer is charging us an excess and we're not entitled to a replacement/hire car.
We are offering a $1000 reward for any information that leads to this driver being identified so they can be held accountable.
