Is it legal to drive with bare feet?

There's no road rule on feet but our rules do say that drivers must have proper control of their vehicle... so, if driving barefoot impacts your ability to drive safely, you can technically be fined.

It's always safer to have comfy, enclosed shoes on to protect your feet in the event of crash.

If you didn't know, now you do.

If you are ready to get your learner licence you can complete the DKT online in three easy steps:
1. Register online.
2. Complete the online course at home or anywhere with Internet.
3. When you pass visit a Service NSW Centre to apply for your licence.
