Three Point Classic is a fully independent vehicle service and parts specialist operating in South East Queensland for over 30 years. We offer a cost effective, no nonsense alternative to dealer servicing. As a family owned business we pride ourselves on personalised service

, we structure our branches so that we get to know our customers, in fact each time you visit or contact us you will most likely be dealing with someone you know and more importantly they know you and understand your requirements. For convenience we have five branches, servicing all makes and models and have specialist expertise with Mercedes Benz and all European vehicles. BMW, Volkswagen or VW, Audi car service and other European car service and parts are also part of our specialities. We have our European car experts and mechanics ready on site throughout our Brisbane and Gold Coast car workshops and branches who are able to assist you with car service, parts, repairs, logbook service. So whether you own a Mercedes Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, Lexus, Volvo or even a Porsche or a Ferrari, let us take care of your precious cars with our quality prestigious servicing.

Unlike franchised repairers, when repairing vehicles we look at the best alternatives, we prefer to repair not replace costly components. Our Parts Department source genuine and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts locally where possible to support local jobs but will also look overseas for those harder to find parts and to get the best deal for you. To deliver the quality you can trust we use Penrite oils, Maxxis and Continental tyres, Mann Filters, Hengst, Textar and Bosch for electronic components including batteries to name a few.

When it comes to a Mercedes-Benz 190 E W201, it's the closer you look, the more the details begin to stand out.

This W201 has been built with an OEM+ philosophy, where every component has been carefully chosen, meticulously maintained, and kept true to what makes the 190 E so special.

Our favourite detail has to be the Aero 3 wheels. What's yours?

Recently, we had this Lexus RC F come into the workshop for a routine service and, well, it’s a car we had to share. The RC F is one of only a handful of dedicated F models ever produced by Lexus, representing a rare chapter in the brand’s performance history. It combined Lexus’ renowned refinement and craftsmanship with a much more focused, driver-oriented character.

Powered by a naturally aspirated 5.0-litre V8 and sending power to the rear wheels, the RC F delivers the kind of experience that’s becoming increasingly rare. A bold Japanese performance coupe from an era when Lexus was willing to build something loud, naturally aspirated and unapologetically engineered for the enthusiast.

What started as one of BMW’s most controversial reveals soon became one of its most prominent driver-focused cars. The G-series faced heavy criticism at launch for its muscular styling and oversized kidney grilles, but over time, its design has certainly grown on many.

BMW has a unique ability to create cars that may divide opinion at first, but win you over once you get behind the wheel. This BMW M4 Competition G82 is a perfect example, combining aggressive styling with the performance and driving experience that has made the M badge so iconic.

We currently have this 1996 Mercedes-Benz SL500 R129 in Smoke Silver at our Mount Gravatt workshop, and what makes this one particularly special is its factory-optioned glass roof.

With its unmistakable R129 silhouette, M119 V8 power and timeless Mercedes-Benz design, the SL500 perfectly captures the blend of luxury and performance that made the R129 such an icon. 30 years on, it still looks every bit the grand tourer it was designed to be.

One of the most recognisable automotive designs to come out of the ’60s was arguably the Fintail, with few wearing the design better than the W110, such as this 1968 Mercedes-Benz 230 Automatic “Finny”.

The 1968 production run marked the final year of the legendary W110 Fintail before it was succeeded by the W114 and W115. Unmistakable in its design, the W110 combined elegant proportions with timeless engineering, making it a true testament to the golden era of German automotive manufacturing and the brilliance of the ’60s.

We’re a bit late to the pixel stretch trend, but it takes time finding the right car for it.

So what better than a true icon of automotive design, the 1974 Porsche 911 G-Series! A car that remains just as captivating today as it was when it first rolled out of Stuttgart.

With its unmistakable silhouette, air-cooled flat-six and timeless character, the 911 has become one of the most recognisable sports cars ever produced. Over 50 years on, it’s a reminder that great design never really goes out of style.
