🏆 What a way to finish the 2026 Winter Netball Season!

Grand Final night at Gympie District Netball was a great night, with teams across all divisions hitting the courts for their final games of the season.

As proud sponsors of Gympie District Netball, we were lucky enough to be invited along, with Katrina representing Autosmash and presenting the Ladies C Grade awards. ❤️

A huge congratulations to everyone who took part in the 2026 Winter Season — players, coaches, umpires, volunteers and all the families cheering from the sidelines.

We love being part of a local sporting community that brings so many people together. 🏐

🔧 MEET OUR PARTS POWERHOUSE — CALLUM! 🔧

You might not always see what happens behind the scenes of a repair, but there’s one person right in the middle of just about everything — Callum, our Parts Manager.

From tracking down the right parts and dealing with suppliers, to supporting our technicians, estimators and management team, Callum keeps a huge part of our workshop moving every single day.

And anyone in the industry knows — parts can be a challenge! 😅 Wrong parts, backorders, freight delays, chasing ETAs and finding solutions when things don’t quite go to plan… Callum is usually right in the middle of it, keeping everyone updated and doing everything he can to keep our repairs on track.

He’s the link between our suppliers, the office and our technicians on the floor, and what he does behind the scenes plays a big part in getting cars finished and back to our customers.

🎉 CONGRATULATIONS, HARLEY! 🎉

A pretty special milestone for the Autosmash team — Harley has officially completed his Panel Beating Apprenticeship! 👏🔧

Harley first joined us back in Year 12 as a school-based trainee, so it’s been fantastic to watch him progress from those early days, through his apprenticeship and now become a fully qualified tradesman.

There’s something pretty rewarding about seeing a young person start their career with us and watching their skills, confidence and experience grow along the way.

A huge congratulations to Harley on all the hard work that’s gone into reaching this milestone. We’re excited to see where the next chapter takes you! ❤️🖤

A big thank you also to Brett, who has supervised, guided and shared his knowledge with Harley throughout his apprenticeship. Having experienced tradespeople willing to teach the next generation is such an important part of developing young apprentices, and we really appreciate the role Brett has played in Harley’s journey. 👏

And thanks to Pat from MTA Queensland for his support throughout Harley’s apprenticeship — even if he did manage to dodge the photo! 😂📸

🔥 NOW THAT’S A PAINT JOB! 🔥

A little bigger than the average panel through the paint shop last week! 😮💨

From prep and masking to manoeuvring the truck pieces into the booth, there was plenty of teamwork involved — and the end result speaks for itself. ❤️✨

That deep red finish and shine is seriously impressive.

Jobs like this give you a great look behind the scenes at just how much work goes into a quality refinish. It’s not simply a matter of spraying on some paint — preparation, attention to detail and a skilled team make all the difference.

Huge effort from the boys getting this one through the shop. 👏

Big job. Big transformation. Beautiful finish.
