And just like that, the 2026 Variety Vic BASH, proudly presented by Sheen Panel Service, has come to an end! 🏁
After 10 days of road, dust and mud, Martin and Car 50 crossed the finish line in Exmouth alongside 80 fellow participants.
But as always, the driving and the fun came second to what the BASH is really about: granting to kids in need along the way. Over 10 days, the BASH community handed out $166,071 in grants and support, impacting 1,394 kids. 💛
Martin, a lifetime Variety member, says it best: this is what the BASH is really about- a community that cares.
Grants along the way included:
🚗 Ballarat Specialist School, $50,000
🚗 Horsham West and Haven Primary School, $39,500
🚗 Abigail's wheelchair upgrade, $27,000
🚗 Halls Gap Neighbourhood House, $3,000
