🏍️ We’re excited to announce that bookings are now open for our first Motorcycle Maintenance Workshop!

To give everyone plenty of one-on-one time and hands-on experience, we’re keeping this workshop limited to just 10 participants.

If possible, we’d love you to bring your own motorcycle. This gives us the opportunity to demonstrate maintenance and inspection techniques on your own bike, making the course even more practical and personalised. If you can’t bring your motorcycle in due to weather conditions, that’s absolutely fine—you’ll still get plenty of hands-on learning.

Please note: This workshop focuses on motorcycle inspections, maintenance awareness, and practical demonstrations. It is designed to build confidence and understanding rather than teach servicing or repair procedures.

🚗 Please note: Parking for cars is limited, so if you’re driving, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time to find a park. If you’re riding your motorcycle, there will be parking available at the workshop.

To secure your place, payment is required at the time of booking, as spots cannot be held due to the limited class size.

If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to cater for you.

🏍️ Another Happy Customer Back on the Road! 🏍️

We had a quick call-out this morning to help Sam with his Harley-Davidson that wouldn’t start.

After a quick jump start and supplying a trickle charger to help keep the battery healthy when the bike isn’t being ridden regularly, he was back up and running in no time. ✅

Not only did we get to check out his stunning 2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout, freshly back from an incredible custom airbrush job, but Sam also gave us a tour of his absolutely gorgeous Bentley. Safe to say he has a great eye for machinery! 👌

This is a great reminder that batteries can quickly lose charge when motorcycles sit unused for periods of time, especially during cooler weather. A quality trickle charger can save you from unexpected starting issues and help extend battery life.

We went to Cooly Rocks with the family on Saturday. We haven’t been in years and the weather, atmosphere and cars were amazing!

There were so many old school stalls, even including an Indian Motorcycle stall celebrating the 125year anniversary! Was great to see everyone dressing up and dancing to all the bands set up around the large area.

Will definitely be going again next year. Might even stay there and go a couple of days next year. Would even be great to do up one of the motorcycles and see if we can have it on display.

Who knows, may even see a few of you there!

🏍️ EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – MOTORCYCLE MAINTENANCE WORKSHOPS 🏍️

Would you be interested in learning how to better maintain and inspect your motorcycle?

Here at Innes Mechanical, we’re looking at running Motorcycle Maintenance Workshops designed to help riders understand their motorcycles, perform basic maintenance checks, and identify potential issues before they become expensive problems.

These workshops are aimed at riders of all experience levels and will cover topics such as:

✅ Motorcycle setup and rider ergonomics
✅ Tyre pressures, tyre types and tyre inspections
✅ Chain cleaning, lubrication and adjustment
✅ Brake inspections
✅ Fluid checks
✅ Suspension checks and adjustments
✅ Wheel bearing, steering head bearing and swingarm inspections
✅ Pre-ride safety inspections
✅ How to identify wear before it becomes a safety issue
✅ Safe use of paddock stands and workshop practices

The focus will be on maintenance, inspections and motorcycle knowledge — not repairs.

🍔 Drinks and light refreshments will be provided.

💰 There will be a small fee to cover:
