A big thank you to John Collaguazo from Steve Sorensen Mechanical for delivering his first feature presentation at BNI Impact - Browns Plains.

John holds the Car & Motorcycle, Automotive Services and Repairs seat in our chapter and is passionate about changing the way people experience automotive repairs.

John spoke about the importance of trust, transparency and professionalism in the automotive industry. He shared how Steve Sorensen Mechanical is challenging the common stigma around workshops by focusing on clean workspaces, honest advice, digital inspections and high-quality workmanship.

One of the biggest takeaways was how digital inspections help customers see exactly what the technicians see. No surprises. No pressure. Just clear communication and informed repair decisions.
