This batch was going through final preparation and packing at JDY HQ, with the team checking individual components, preparing each part and making sure everything is properly protected before leaving the warehouse.

The new JDY 4” Intake System for the MK8 Golf R & GTI is on its way.

Available in two configurations depending on how far you want to take your setup:

• Retains the factory airbox
• JDY 3.5” CNC-machined turbo inlet
• 3.5” reinforced silicone intake hose

STAGE 2
• JDY high-flow aluminium airbox
• 5” high-flow air filter

QUALITY CONTROL BEFORE THEY LEAVE JDY HQ 🇦🇺

A look behind the scenes at the quality control process for our JDY 2.5TFSI Front Mount Intercoolers.

Before being packed and shipped, each intercooler goes through a leak test to check the completed assembly and make sure everything is ready before it leaves JDY HQ.

Designed for the Audi RS3 8V / 8Y and TTRS 8S, featuring billet aluminium end tanks, a 110mm bar-and-plate core and Wiggins connections, with support for builds up to 1300HP.

It’s a part of the process customers don’t normally get to see, so we’ll be sharing more of what happens behind the scenes at JDY HQ.

The new JDY Performance 4” Intake System for the VW Golf MK8 R & GTI has officially been released — and it’ll be coming to Australia soon.

Available in Stage 1 and Stage 2 configurations, with the Stage 2 system adding the full intake and airbox setup. Titanium piping is also available in Blue, Gold or Purple finishes.
